We have partnered with major Health Insurance Companies and Third Party Administrators (TPAs) to provide you with hassle-free claims and direct settlements.

How Cashless Treatment Works

To avail of cashless benefits, please follow these simple steps:

  • Planned Admission: Please visit our TPA desk at least 48 hours before your scheduled admission to process the pre-authorization form along with your doctor's recommendation.
  • Emergency Admission: In case of an emergency, our TPA desk will initiate the cashless request within 24 hours of admission. Relatives must submit the required documents promptly.

Documents Required

Please ensure you carry the following documents for a smooth cashless approval process:

  • Valid Health Insurance ID Card or Policy Copy
  • Government-issued Photo ID (Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, or Passport)
  • Previous medical records, prescriptions, and investigation reports
  • Corporate Employee ID Card (if covered under a corporate group policy)
